Deputy General Manager Sun Jianguo of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. came to our school to give a lecture on Why Chemical Industrial Park Can Be Green？

    On the morning of December 7, Sun Jianguo, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. came to our school to give a lecture on Why Chemical Industrial Park Can Be Green, which was presided over by Vice President Xu Yufang. This lecture is organized by the Center for General Education of the School of Foreign Languages and Cultural Communication.

    Sun Jianguo graduated from the Institute of New Field Creativity, University of Tokyo, and currently serves as Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. He is also Deputy Director of Petrochemical Special Committee of China Chemical Industry Environmental Protection Association and Vice President of Shanghai Chemical Industry Association, who is engaged in planning, research and operation management of green and low-carbon environmental protection industry in chemical parks.

    In the seminar, Sun Jianguo, Vice President of General Education, took Shanghai Chemical Industrial Park as an example to introduce the concept, top-level design, system construction and governance practice of environmental governance in chemical industrial parks. The paper also discusses the evolution trend of environmental governance under the background of double carbon.
